GRAMMY in the Schools Media Team: Angelica Pollard

Author:
Angelica Pollard, 2015 Media Team Member

Hello! My name is Angelica Pollard and I am a seventeen-year-old from San Ramon, California. I am a senior at California High School and where I have been actively involved in my school’s multimedia team since my sophomore year. In addition to producing informational and highlight videos for my school, I also sing and play guitar in my local youth group’s worship band every Monday. I am very excited to be a part of the GRAMMY in the Schools Media Team. I feel that I will be gaining more experience and knowledge in video production and the music industry; my two favorite subjects!

Being a part of the GRAMMY in the Schools Media Team is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I am looking forward to covering GRAMMY Week events. Specifically, making connections with people in the music industry and interviewing talented artists on the red carpet. As this next week approaches, my excitement for all that will take place is building up, and I am counting down the days until I get to meet everyone who will be sharing this wonderful experience!
